TO ENSURE A SMOOTH OPERATION

Reign Xpertise require 72 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Deposits will be fully refunded if notice is given within this timeframe. Cancellations made less than 72 hours in advance may result in forfeiting the deposit.

Reign Xpertise is committed to providing you with the highest quality of service. If you are not completely satisfied with your service, please let us know within 7 days of your appointment. We will do our best to address your concerns and offer a complimentary touch-up or adjustment to ensure your satisfaction.

Reign Xpertise accept various forms of payments. We accept the following: Credit/Debit Cards, Contactless Payments (PayLink), Cash(Exact Change is appreciated) & Gift Cards

Reign Xpertise refund policy on products can be returned within 14 days for a full refund (Unopened and Unused)

Reign Xpertise No call/No show Policy. If you miss your appointment without prior notice, a fee equal to 30% of the appointment services will be charged at the time of your next booking.

Reign Xpertise Late arrival policy is as follows: A grace period of 10 minutes for late arrivals. Within this time, Reign Xpertise will do its best to accommodate the full service. After 10 minutes arrivals beyond the 10 minute grace period may result in a shortened service or rescheduling depending on availability

Reign Xpertise deposit policy. All services require a deposit. Deposits are required to secure your appointment. Deposits are non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule with less than 72 hours' notice.

Reign Xpertise is a in home salon, which balances professional services with family responsibilities. We kindly ask that all clients understand and provide the stylist with a grace period of 30 minutes for your appointment. This time may be used for necessary family duties, such as preparing dinner or caring for children.
